Refund Policy

We have a 30 day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after you receive your item to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To get started in return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items sent to us without a return request first will not be accepted.

damages and issues
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective or if you receive the wrong item so we can assess the problem and correct it.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items that have been used cannot be returned.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is received, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we have received and reviewed your return and let you know if the return has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Keep in mind that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
